“There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.”
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Okay Gang...here it is! Put a penny in a jar for each Spark point you earn. Then come here and post how many points/pennies you earned each day. Keep track of all your pennies/points, and at the end of each month, the person with the most wins our special
trophy award!!
Remember...you can spend your pennies at the end of each month, or keep them and continue to save them next month. The only guideline for your savings, is that when you choose to spend...the money MUST be spent on YOU! This is YOUR reward for doing good things for yourself!
Let us know what kind of a container you're putting your pennies in. I'm still looking for something cool...I haven't really decided what my pennies are going to be saved in...but I had better hurry and figure it out! "Never give in. Never
