It is Tuesday. Tomorrow the schedule resumes, thankfully. Apparently, I derive some comfort from knowing what's what and when.
I've continued to walk almost every day, farther and faster as time goes by. I've been working toward this for a long time and it is now working. It's had the added benefit of lifting my spirit as these last weeks have been emotionally difficult. I am thrilled to recognize this!
The other goals have had none of my attention, save chasing beauty. I love looking back on my days with this in mind, though I let the blog go. It was a great way to establish a new and very intentional habit!
My weight was up a lb this morning. Considering the fact that I haven't tracked in a while, it's not bad but I still have the full 15, stubborn, last pounds to go. Time to turn it around.
