OK here's my goals progress for this past week - posting late again...
I only did about a half hour of writing...I suppose it's better than nothing, but UGH, c'mon already!!!
drank tons of water (except one day when I believe I was under by a glass)
tracked all my food, all week (and there were some days I would've rathered no know how many calories I was out of range - grrrr). I also tracked all my cardio, but I forgot to track my water one day, and that's the day I don't think I drank enough.
I did not do 20-30 mins of exercise every day. Boo. But, on the 4/7 days I DID exercise, I kicked butt!!! So, I'm adding on a thumbs up too.
I began my day with yoga & prayer 5 of 7 days. I'd say that's not too shabby. I also did my pre-bed ST 5 of 7 days...do you see the pattern? LOL - I think it's OK to break, though I would like to be consistent every day...anyway, I have upped my numbers and I'm now doing 30 crunches and 30 modified pushups before bed.
this past week was going out of my calorie/fat range twice. Such a bummer, and it showed up on the scale. I gained the 2lbs that others on the team lost. Boo. But, it's the beginning of a new week now, and I've got another chance to make healthy choices.
