OK here's my goals progress for this past week - posting late again...

emoticon I only did about a half hour of writing...I suppose it's better than nothing, but UGH, c'mon already!!!

emoticon drank tons of water (except one day when I believe I was under by a glass)


emoticon tracked all my food, all week (and there were some days I would've rathered no know how many calories I was out of range - grrrr). I also tracked all my cardio, but I forgot to track my water one day, and that's the day I don't think I drank enough.

emoticon emoticon I did not do 20-30 mins of exercise every day. Boo. But, on the 4/7 days I DID exercise, I kicked butt!!! So, I'm adding on a thumbs up too.

emoticon emoticon I began my day with yoga & prayer 5 of 7 days. I'd say that's not too shabby. I also did my pre-bed ST 5 of 7 days...do you see the pattern? LOL - I think it's OK to break, though I would like to be consistent every day...anyway, I have upped my numbers and I'm now doing 30 crunches and 30 modified pushups before bed.

My biggest emoticon this past week was going out of my calorie/fat range twice. Such a bummer, and it showed up on the scale. I gained the 2lbs that others on the team lost. Boo. But, it's the beginning of a new week now, and I've got another chance to make healthy choices.

Congrats on the losses!
My week started out ok but fizzled out because of physical ailments (thankfully they were minor).
The big win of this week is lots and lots of veggies! Need to keep that veggie drawer stocked!

Weekly progress: emoticon or emoticon

~~ track, track track food and exercise emoticon such powerful stuff, this tracking! Though I missed two days of tracking because of travel, I took my own food and ate moderately.

~~ exercise (a minimum of) 10 minutes most days. emoticon Though it could be better, I got some good days in.

~~ strength training emoticon I got three days in with 124 sit-ups each session this week.

~~ still keeping SAD at bay. emoticon Bundling up to get in at least my minimum 10 minutes in of walking -- outdoors.

~~ Sunday morning weigh-in -- emoticon ta-DAAAA! reached the *30's* (again)! With Jes, down two pounds.Again, not total consistency with exercise, but more days of doing more...like continuing with the sit-ups...had an impact.

Nice, Jes!

My weight's the same. I didn't track 2 days and likely went over those days as well.

I've walked most days and tracked it. This is a push for me but overall it feels good to be moving with intention. The back hurts anyway, so why not?

I am doing the Feldenkrais, both classes and when getting in/out of bed. It may well be contributing to better mobility.

I've kept up the beauty awareness and blog. I am happier for it, although blogging will never be a favorite for me. Happy is good!

I'm gonna operate under the assumption that this is 12/5 - 12/11. :)

Heh, I lost 2.6 lbs.
