At least once a week, post to this thread. You have several choices. For example:
1. Share a healthy cooking tip. Here are some ideas: What do you change to make a familiar recipe low calorie? Do you have a favorite way to keep healthy snacks available? What is your go-to ingredient for healthy dishes?
2. Share a recipe. The best way is to add the recipe on SparkRecipes and then reply to this thread telling us that it is there.
3. Just tell us what you've been doing to make your meals healthier (whether you cooked or not).
