Yeah, it's me again. All healthy and on track again! Weight is still hanging around 120, but my clothes feel tighter. ?? Probably have lost muscle and gained fat. So I bought an exercise bike today!!! (Love Amazon!) It should arrive in a week. So while my husband is playing his video games or while we're watching our Saturday home improvement shows, I'll be riding my new bike! Multi-tasking at it's finest!
I thought I was doing so well! Eating well. Exercising regularly. Then I came down with a crazy bad yeast infection. Doc's put me on meds to clear it up. I'm all puffy and dumpy. If it doesn't clear up after 30 days then we'll check my blood sugar. I might be diabetic. ME??!! I don't eat much sugar. I eat better than anyone I know and get more exercise than most. I will feel totally betrayed if I end up diabetic! I hate it when my health is messed up. I could be worse. I could be dying of some hideous disease. So it's all good, I guess. Sigh.
Work and playing chauffeur to my son's drama club is taking up lots of what would be my exercise time. In spite of that, I've gotten is "some" exercise thanks to my husband who enjoys working out with me! I'm going to track my calories this month - that should help with the creeping weight gain!
Started a new job in a new school and my old healthy exercise routines are no more. I have a longer commute and no personal time at work - used to log into sparkpeople and track my food and workouts during lunch. And have had to choose between "family time" or "me time", so guess which it's been! Sure hope things change because my waistline is beginning to!!!!
