I plan exercise or the week on Monday morning. Then I get it done before 12 so it's done. If I wait it will never happen. We read books and do homework right after school. Then the kids can play while I do dinner. We have a pretty set schedule big we don't follow it something doesn't happen. I have a calendar for meal planning. And on Sunday we go through everyones sheduke for the week.
