We just made these today!
Other Goals

See Report Read with Courtney 10 minutes a day. Point out sight words : 7x / week
See Report Have Courtney ride her bike : 5x / week
See Report Work with Clay on 3's table for addition at least 10 minutes a day : 7x / week
See Report Jog with Clay for at least 30 minutes a day : 7x / week

I love I can pull a report after a month and show my kids how great they have done and especially if they have met that goal!

Clay knows addition up to 2's so you can ask him 7+2 or 6+2 or anything plus 2 and he knows it:-) same with 1 and 0....threes are the next step! I made it a goal for him to learn to ride his bike w/o training wheels on here too! Now he wants to learn how to jog! lol!

Courtney was struggling with learning to steer her bike and such, now that she has that down, now we have goal to ride that bike! She is working on sight words...she knows a lot so I am having her read a lot more to me!

We are here to support each other!

Every child is different!

I used to be a services support administrator with people with disabilities and I wrote individualized plans all the time! It was so neat what we could accomplish as team when we openly talked about what the individual wanted to do! Make it your own!

These are my kids' goals and I track these on SP...I change it up when we meet the goal or if it is too hard.

Have fun with this! Your kids may surprise you! They will definitely make you proud!
