I love my water aerobics classes at FitLife. I do the morning classes with Fran who is really fun and keeps things changed up. I'm sort of sorry that it is something I can't do at home. I also enjoy walking in the Wissahickon. I haven't done much strength training lately but need to get back into it because I do enjoy it.
