4. hot cocoa made with skim plus milk and truvia and (of course) cocoa

1) I create my own Chex mix using some Honey Bunch of Oats, walnuts, and if I want salt, a few peanuts.

2) I cut up carrots & mix them with raisins.

3) Skinny Cow dream clusters or crisps. Both are 100 calories.

4) Almonds.
