I keep fish fillets in the freezer. I can pull one out, mix up some fat-free greek yogurt and mustard, cover the fillet and bake it. Add a roasted yam and some green vegetable and I'm set.

We all have a meal to which we gravitate when we can't think of anything else in particular to eat. For me it's the Asian chicken salad with cabbage, mushroom, carrots, cucumber, green onion, cilantro, and of course, grilled chicken. Tossed with a tasty Asian dressing like Ken's Light Option Sesame & Ginger, this is one of the easiest, good-tasting meals to make.
