I eat regular Gluten Free foods. I do keep some WW meals in the freezer for emergencies...

SPARKLISE, was this thread to be about us finding other this or that items or was it meant to be as is?

Regular food. I will buy lighter options of dairy and such. But for the most part I don't buy diet things.

with my food allergies, I can't have much processed foods. I have learned how to make so much it's amazing me. As for diet vs regular, I tend to go regular. Healthy. Less processed. That's the way for me.

This is a really good question and one that does not have a yes or no answer. We all thought at one time that fat free and low fat were the only choice but we have come a long way and learned so much. I agree with Peggy and also I avoid aspects me as much as I can. Eating regular food is how we live for the most part and try and eat as clean as possible. I try to stay out of the middle isles I. The grocery store as much as possible.

Before starting with SP my choice was almost always "regular" food. During my active weight loss I chose "diet" more often than ever before (although I have always tried to avoid artificial sweeteners). Now that I'm down to maintenance I am making more "regular food" choices again, but I have definitely made some permanent changes in how I assess what I eat.

My issues & how I am dealing with them:
-portion sizes of all foods
-fats - I now prefer low fat or fat free
-proteins - I now aim for healthy, low fat versions, and more of them than previously
-desserts - I need to be very cautious in this area - portion control is key!

I eat nor drink anything 'diet'. I eat everything but in moderation.

If you have to choose between "diet" food and "regular" food, which do you choose?

Except for soda, I usually go for the regular version and have less of it. emoticon
