Our second challenge is to pick 3 of the following mini-challenges do. At the beginning of the week, post which ones you plan to do and report back at end of week. Each person who completes their 3 mini-challenges will receive a SparkGoodie from the team!
• Eat 5 freggie (fruits and veggies) servings a day for 3 at least three days this week.
• Try at least 2 SparkPeople recipes this week. (Post what ones you tried and if you liked them!)
• Get at least 6 hours of uninterrupted sleep at least 3 times this week.
• Exercise for 10 minutes a day at least 3 days this week.
• Drink 8 cups of water at least 3 times this week.
