I finished my first week and while I won't weigh myself until tomorrow, even if I don't see a change in the scale, I can feel the change. My biggest motivation is when co-workers I haven't seen since last April (I'm a tax professional) have seen the difference...and that feels great.
Although I have been on a walking regimen since the beginning of November and had seen some changes, this program is good for my body all over.
I look forward to my rest day tomorrow, but I also look forward to continuing with this program.
