These are the updated American Thyroid Association Guidelines. Jeffrey Garber, et.al thyroidguidelines.net/hypothyroidism/intro


There is a nice summary on Medscape in one of their continuing Medical Credit units.

I am encouraged to see that TSH is recommended for screening. But discouraged they see no value in T3.
