I love the green monster smoothie I found on pinterest.
1 frozen banana, sliced
1/2 cup of plain greek yogurt
1 T peanut butter
1 cup vanilla almond milk (i prefer silk)
3 c. baby spinach
It tastes like a peanut butter vanilla milkshake! You don't taste the spinach at all.
And you could totally add some protein powder into this!
