This mporning's smoothie was:
1 cup orange juice
1 cup fresh, baby spinach
About 12 raspberries

Fairly yummy. My son even tried it. Seemed to enjoy it until he inhaled and got some in his nose, poor bugga. x)

One that I used to make a lot:
1 banana
2 c. spinach
1/2 c. raspberries
1 c. purified water

It was YUMMY!

Love smoothies! :) I was drinking one a day before I started drinking shakeology my 3 favorites were

1 c spinach
1/2 avocado
1 small orange or 1/2 large one
1/2 banana
1 handful of berries (any kind)
1/2 c crushed ice

1/2 c frozen blueberries
1/4-1/2 c pineapple
1/2 banana
1/2 greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
splash of almond milk or water


1/2 grapefruit
1/2 c strawberries
1/2 banana
1/2 c crushed ice
-can add greek yogurt if you need more calories I tend to leave it out of this one though

1tbsp of hemp or chia seeds
1 cup of coconut water

Hmm. Sounds good. I will have to try this. Thanks for posting.

I tried this smoothie this morning omitting the yogurt and adding chocolate protein powder and it was great and very filling. I used to make something like this several years ago but without the spinach which adds so much nutrition. thanks

I love the green monster smoothie I found on pinterest.

1 frozen banana, sliced
1/2 cup of plain greek yogurt
1 T peanut butter
1 cup vanilla almond milk (i prefer silk)
3 c. baby spinach

It tastes like a peanut butter vanilla milkshake! You don't taste the spinach at all.

And you could totally add some protein powder into this!

[I dare you to try and quit...]

Restart Weight: 178
Goal Weight: 130

I have been trying new smoothies lately. Just basically throwing what I have into the blender and see what I have concocted. I thought if anyone had any good blends they could suggest...they could post them here.

What I made today is pretty good:
1 cup spinach
couple slices of banana
1/4 cup frozen pineapple
1/3 cup frozen mixed berries
1/4 cup oats
1 scoop protein powder
water
2 T pure tart cherry juice
