I tried this smoothie this morning omitting the yogurt and adding chocolate protein powder and it was great and very filling. I used to make something like this several years ago but without the spinach which adds so much nutrition. thanks

I have been trying new smoothies lately. Just basically throwing what I have into the blender and see what I have concocted. I thought if anyone had any good blends they could suggest...they could post them here.
What I made today is pretty good: 1 cup spinach couple slices of banana 1/4 cup frozen pineapple 1/3 cup frozen mixed berries 1/4 cup oats 1 scoop protein powder water 2 T pure tart cherry juice
