July 1 - Do something different for fitness one day. Tell us how you changed things up.
July 2 - I tracked food for three days.
July 3 - Had blueberries for breakfast.
July 4 - Did the wall push ups.
July 5 - Watched "How to Use a Foam Roller."
July 6 - Welcomed three new members.
July 7 - Huddled and gave goodie.
July 8 - Toe touches done.
July 9 - Walked around the house 10 times. Picked up sticks and branches too.
July 10 - I visited -WRKING2ABTTRME- and her ticker shows she has lost 26lbs. WooHoo!!
July 11 - I danced to a Motown song. It's hard for me to stay still during those songs.
July 12 - I have over 200 points for July.
July 14 - I weighed and measured what I ate.
July 15 - I did some Flow Free puzzles. I am finally moving on the level I'm on.
July 17 - I did my upper body workout with hand weights.
July 20 - I posted on Girls Names A to Z, Colors A to Z, Name Food A to Z, A to Z Words, ending in "ing", Boys Names A to Z, Question of the week of July 15th
July 21 - I read about Barbara June -- From Sedentary Living to Kickboxing
July 22 - Did 30 sit-ups.
July 23 - I got 8 hours of sleep for three days -- it took me 5 days to do it.
July 24 - Ate some strawberries.
July 26 - Did 30 leg lifts.
July 28 - I read "Too Much Junk."
July 29 - I did the steps.
July 30 - I read "7 Simple Stress Busters"
