February 1 emoticon I am usually under my calorie range so I need to work on that. Portion control emoticon is still a problem for me and I need to get more exercise emoticon

February 2 Tried the cherries emoticon I didn't like them, my husband loved them.

February 4 I did my nails, I only like Clear Polish and I permed my hair, feel so much better.

I am usually under my calorie range so I need to work on that. Portion control emoticon is still a problem for me and I need to get more exercise emoticon .

emoticon In January I set a goal to lose 10 pounds emoticon by February 17. I weigh in tomorrow as part of a challenge on another team and I am already at my goal emoticon weight. On the 17 I will set another goal. I am making progress and I am thrilled. But I need to stay motivated and encouraged. These challenges here and on the other team helps me to do that. Thank you so much for doing this!!!

For the month of February I will post a new challenge each day and you will have from the time I post it until March 1st to complete that days challenge. You will only get points for doing the challenge 1 time. So for February you can get 28 points if you do the challenge each day. Remember to check this thread each day as the challenge will be different every day.This way we can work on many different things during the month. After you complete each challenge come back to this thread to let us know you have finished it. Also the top three people with the most points at the end of the month will get a spark goodie!
