Use weight with your workout. You can use anything for weights, if you do not have real weights. I have used two 20 ounce water bottles or even cans of vegetables or fruit in the past when I did not own any weights.

You can find this on your food tracking page, if you do not track Sodium at this time you can hit the button to change nutrition goals and add it.If you do not want to track it long term but only for the challenge you can always remove it later.

For the month of January I will post a new challenge each day and you will have from the time I post it until February 1st to complete that days challenge. You will only get points for doing the challenge 1 time. So for January you can get 31 points if you do the challenge each day. Remember to check this thread each day as the challenge will be different every day.This way we can work on many different things during the month. After you complete each challenge come back to this thread to let us know you have finished it. Also the top three people with the most points at the end of the month will get a spark goodie!
