Portland's Galloway Rock n' Roll 1/2 Training Program!
We have wrapped up our winter training program and congrats to everyone who participated in the 2012 Heartbreaker 1/2 marathon. We will still be meeting every Saturday in the Portland Metro area and are currently training for the Rock n' Roll 1/2 Marathon in Portland on May 20th.
All of our runs will be using Jeff Galloway's proven run-walk-run method! We currently have four pace groups running 14min/mi, 13min/mi, 12min/mi, and 10min/mi, each using their own designated run/walk ratio.

This is a great group to train with. This is for the Portland area - there are also groups in Beaverton (10K training) and Lake Oswego (5K/10K). The Portland group (Half/Marathon) will be having their free trial runs coming up in March. It's a chance to come out and see what it's like to run with the group, for free, to help decide if you want to join up.
