Chas, I'd say that'll count for a lot! Hope everything goes well with the move. Can't wait to see you soon.
Oddly, we have no trees, but always have plenty of leaves to rake! I know we need to bed down the gardens and flower beds for the coming cold, so I should get plenty of squats and lunges and bends and stretching and lifting in! Plus, let's not forget trying to dash between the raindrops LOL That might count as well. Hmm.. C~
Yes, lots of work to be done around here for sure that are physically demanding. We all need to be careful to make all those movements "proper" (know what i mean) Use your abs to lift and rake. Tuck in your tail and keep your shoulder blades together and down. My trainer used to say "put your shoulder blades in your back pockets!"
We don't want any injuries; this is your mom talkin' to ya!
I like to do yoga when the weather is unfriendly. I need to get back into it. This morning was still dry enough for an outdoor walk around the track--just barely misty out here in Sandy. But it's not going to stay dry for long; oh no, not here in the NW!
Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it's a sudden bleeding emergency. But in terms of chronic care, they're terrible; (that is) in terms of the illnesses that most people have, endure, that cost the most money, that last the longest and ultimately die from. -Dr. Andrew Saul
