Fun to look back at this. I'm only 8 pounds away from that nebulous goal, though I later adjusted it downward 5 more pounds. I've dropped to less pounds per month lost, but that's expected as I near the goal.

More of my focus is becoming Lean Body Mass. I want the weight I lose to be excess fat and not muscle as much as possible.

My goal is to go from 183 to 135.
That's 48 pounds.
I am hoping to achieve it in 10% increments

10/19/12 -- 183
10/21/12 -- 178.2 --- (-4.8) ... 10% achieved
Next goal ... -4.3 ... aiming for 10/31

My goal is to be able to fit into some of the clothes I have packed away from my last year of collage and the few years after. If I'm right, that should put me between 130 and 150, so I need to lose 80-100lbs. I'm shooting for the 80 and then going to see =)

My goal is 180, approximately 120 pounds less than my starting weight. I'm not trying to go below that, because my DH doesn't like skinny girls!

My plan, though, is for it to take me two years, so that I'm not dieting but instead eating healthy and getting their in a slow fashion that allows my body to be truly habituated to the lower weight and the increased activity. I don't want to do this to myself ever again!

Short term at this point for me is to get to around 160'ish.
Long term, I'll keep on going until my body feels like 'that's it'

with spark i have gone from 100 kgs to 79, and i'd like to get to about 65, that's 143 lbs. our theater is starting a dance project for 'over 40's' and i'd really like to participate, that's in february, so i really have some motivation for not slacking!

My nebulous long-term goal is to hit 160 and re-evaluate. I've got a date set for the graph, but for something that will be 90 pounds, more than a year, I'm not really dead-set on that date or any other. (Thankfully, no events or reasons I want to fit into something to pressure me. Just the decision that now was the right time to shed a lot of life's baggage: emotional, financial, and physical.)

Short term, I'm trying to aim for about 5 pounds down a month. That's nicely in the 1-2 pound per week recommended and a really easy goal to remember and work toward.

Medium term goals tend to be fitness. Now that I've walked my first 5k, it's going to be about picking up speed (waiting on posting of times still to set that). I'd also like to shift to some of the more advanced exercises from the beginner ones. So a couple of those I have an eye on to possibly push for in November.

My short term goal is to get below 300. I haven't figured out where I want to be long term. I believe that I would be happy at about 180, but I may decide to lose more when I make it there. It's hard setting that long term goal not knowing how you will even look once you get to a lower weight. I haven't been under 200 pounds since about 7th or 8th grade.

I guess my ideal weight would be 135-140 (I'm 5'4")...If I were to go by size...anything near a size 10 would be AWESOME!!!! If I can get lower than that, great. I know I looked pretty good at that size (even though I didn't think so at the time). That is quite a bit to lose...I weigh 303 right now (I'm down 22, almost 23lbs from starting weight). So...I guess that makes it 168 lbs to go...I KNOW I CAN DO IT! Have some great SparkFriends to help me get there and support me along the way! THANKS!!...WE CAN DO THIS TOGETHER!

I want to see 130. My original goal was140, but i felt I going for an easy goal, and since one of my character goals for myself is to have vision for what I can become, I decided to really challenge myself to go another ten.

for starters i wanna get down to 150, I honestly dont know what made me choose that number, but it just seemed like losing half your body weight was a courageous thing to do. If I get to a number and shape where im comfortable with the way I look and feel, I will stop there. however , I do want to wear a bathing suit in public one day and feel ok, as well as cosplay at a convention

My long term goal is to weigh 135-145 lbs. I am 5 ft 4.5 inches and would like to be in an ideal weight for my height for the first time in my life. I started June 20th 2011 at 331lbs, 4 days ago I weighed in at 275lbs. Short term I am aiming for 250 by the first of the year and 200 by June 20th 2012.

My goal is 135, which is half of my weight when I started. Though to be honest, I'd be happy at anything under 160 (my BMI's idea of overweight). The 135 is to challenge myself.

My weight loss goal right now is 175. I have never weighed less than 225, so to be 175 will be really skinny for me. Once I get down there I may decide to go smaller, but for now that's what I want to shoot for. I'm at 373 right now, so I have about 200 pounds to lose. That's a heck of a lot of weight to be carrying around!!! I think with time and perseverance I can do it!!

I think I would be happy around 150... I'd like to be less than that, but I can't remember ever being below 200... so its hard for me to judge what I would look like at that weight.

My computer is allmost dead so I will edit this tommorow but my goal is to be UNDER 200lbs so I need to lose 97lbs!
