I find it's best to add interesting things to make the yogurt taste better and more nutritous. Spices, like nutmeg and cinnamon; berries (blueberries are fab!);nuts and seeds make yogurt and oats excellent!

I love the Chobani Greek yogurt but I also buy the fruit added one. Black Cherry and Raspberry are my favorites! I figure once I'm completely used to eating yogurt I can switch to plain and adding the fruit myself! Baby Steps!

You also might want to try a few different brands. I have found some do have a nasty gritty flavor. So far the Chobani is my favorite.

I like a little honey mixed in with fresh fruit emoticon

I never get the plain greek yogurt...I usually get some kind of fruit in it. I know its not 100% clean...but i cant do it either!!! I'm sure its good in replace of maybe sour cream or something like that but by itself I cant do it!
Maybe try adding jelly to it? that should help cut the tartness of it.

Hi all,

I hope you don't think I'm a whiner because I also created a thread about me not liking bland oatmeal. :P But I want my clean food to taste good, too!

Anyway, I had bought some plain greek yogurt and tried it for the first time...it tasted AWFUL. So sour (and no, it was not expired). I added some cinnamon, didn't help. I mashed a whole banana and added it, hardly helped. I could only eat about half before I had to stop because I was so appalled.

I understand that it's a great protein souce, but I refuse to eat it again unless there are things that can make it taste COMPLETELY not sour. (So adding some berries just wouldn't cut it)

All suggestions are welcomed, thank you!
