My Program: These are my exercises for 4.26.2014;-) This has been built up over time. I am now in a great routine and love it. I started off by walking 5min on the treadmill and added to it. I have 55 lbs to lose so I need this attack plan. All the workouts are SP.
I make an electronic list then add it to my fitness tracker as I get it done.
20 min workout time WEEK 1 of HIIT (2x)
30 min of walking on treadmill
(1x) 10 min SP NEW YOU Bootcamp - Day 6 Workout (1x) 10 min SP NEW YOU Bootcamp - Day 7 Workout
(1x) 5-Minute sp best booty with stability ball
