I never really had an excersise goal that I stuck to, so I am going to keep it simple.
I will go to the gym 3 days a week. I will stay there at least an hour. I will try new machines, not just the treadmill. If it is sunny, I will Walk to the gym. I will carefully log my nutrition.

May 1 - walked 1.5 miles on errands. 30 minutes?

That's hard.....I never know what I'm going to do. Mostly I walk, unless really cold, hot or wet. Then I do the Wii. This month is really going to be rough. Getting ready for two big weekends of activity. Graduation party and graduation. At least I'm hoping for a graduation.

I'll go for set exercise times each week.
Week 1 200
Week 2 300
Week 3 300
Week 4 200

Total 1000 minutes for May

We went over and beyond on our goal for April Fitness minutes! So this month, we are going to up it a bit.

In this month's challenge, I would like you to set your own personal goals for fitness minutes along with whatever activities you plan to participate in to reach that goal. Post your actual minutes daily or weekly on this thread. Let's see if as a team we can log 10,000 fitness minutes this month!

Mondays -- Elliptical -- 60 Minutes
Thursdays -- Walking-- 45 Minutes

Total Week 1 105 minutes
