Four workouts into my first week. Biggest issue is getting up early enough to do the longer workouts (I work 2nd shift). Can feel myself getting stronger each day, so that's my main motivation. Still can't do tuck jumps at all. Anyone have any advice on how to improve jumping?

I haven't seen a huge difference in the scale, but in inches it is wonderful!! Putting my summer clothes on they are all loose on me!!! I love this workout it really works!!

Week 6 Day 7 Done!! 20 core, 40 stretch.
I will be looking forward to you joining me in the next stage of this workout, i will be starting week 7 tomorrow , I will be waiting for you to come on over!

I'm in week 5. I've been a bit slack this week. I did:
Monday - done
Tuesday - done
Wed - Rest
Thursday - none (had late night work function Wed)
Friday - had to mow the lawn
Sat- over come with house work!
Sunday - I'm going to do it! No excuses!

Do you think I should repeat week 5 or just keep moving forward??

I started week 5 today. I wasn't sure if I should repeat week 4 since I missed a few workouts from being sick. I decided to just plug ahead anyway.

Week 1 Day 6 done, but I skipped day 7. I did get in a 45 minute brisk walk. Today is my birthday. We stayed the night at my in-law's house and had some drinks last night, so today I got up and went for a great walk, but after the hour+ drive home, I'm ready to relax for the rest of my birthday!
