chair dips, definitely. after the first time I tried them, my arms felt like jello. in a good way.

I think this is really common! I have recently noticed mine too emoticon

I've been doing chair dips and tricep extensions in addition to push ups and planks. I am noticing a bit of difference - not enough, but something.

I've been doing push ups and some machines and the gym. Tonight when I go to the gym I'm going to look at the machines and see which ones highlight working on the backs of my arms specifically and check out some videos on here. You Tube is a good idea too, thanks!

I have the same problem! I am doing the Tracy Anderson Metamorphosis workout plan and I am hoping this should help. Check on youtube for any videos regarding back of arm workouts. :)

It appears my biggest trouble spot is the backs of my arms. Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do either at home or on gym equipment to help with this? Help!
