4 weeks ago I started this program and was doing 120 minutes a week. I am now doing around 320 minutes a week and am hoping to up that even more in the next couple of weeks.

I try to do a minimum of 30 minutes at least 5 days a week. Most days it is more than that.

I shoot for 60 minutes a day, 7 days a week, and it's only rarely that I don't reach that target - sometimes, life simply gets in the way!

I am an early morning (and I mean rediculously early!) exerciser, so if I have the time and energy I often squeeze in an extra workout later in the afternoon.

For example, I will do cardio in the morning - something like Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30, Banish Fat Boost Metabolism, or a Firm DVD - and then I'll do weights in the afternoon - eg: JM's No More Trouble Zones, or another Firm DVD that fits the bill.

Or, if I don't feel like lifting I shall go for a brisk walk if the weather is on my side.

So I suppose if you add it up, my average is around 420 minutes a week in the mornings, and then whatever I can fit in on an afternoon.

How many exercise minutes do you shoot for each week....

I personally try to get in at least 450 a week....that's usually 1 1/2 hours a day for me...what's your schedule like with exercise
