I shoot for 60 minutes a day, 7 days a week, and it's only rarely that I don't reach that target - sometimes, life simply gets in the way!
I am an early morning (and I mean rediculously early!) exerciser, so if I have the time and energy I often squeeze in an extra workout later in the afternoon.
For example, I will do cardio in the morning - something like Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30, Banish Fat Boost Metabolism, or a Firm DVD - and then I'll do weights in the afternoon - eg: JM's No More Trouble Zones, or another Firm DVD that fits the bill.
Or, if I don't feel like lifting I shall go for a brisk walk if the weather is on my side.
So I suppose if you add it up, my average is around 420 minutes a week in the mornings, and then whatever I can fit in on an afternoon.
