I started doing the Jillian Micheals Ripped in 30 DVD this week. She says to do it 5-6 time per week. Well, today was my 5th day! I finished week one. I even had some extra time this morning so i did a little exxtra on my treadmill. I worked out for 45 minute this morning! Also, I'm going to bike to work (even though it is raining.....ugh) and get some more time in today! Can't wait to start week 2!
