I jumped ahead and started week 2. I only did week 1 for 4 days; so, in other words, I am doing my own program
I find if I do the workout everyday, I am just too fatigued the next day during the workout. I can go forever with cardio, but I just lack serious strength; especially, in my shoulders. Week 2 is really hard on my shoulders.
