I will take my measurements once a month. My nutritionist/chiropractor wants me to keep him informed of my progress. .

I haven't taken my measurements because I'm still in shock at my starting weight. Don't need any more added pressure.

I do measurements once a month. I weigh-in once a week. I take pictures every 3 months.

I'll measure when I notice that my clothes are getting baggy. I have enough problems obsessing over the scale and have been banned from weighing every day! lol (down to once a week) sigh...can't imagine starting to do that with measuring. lol

I probably take them every couple of months... Just don't find it important enough, unless I order clothes from the internet.

How often do you take your body measurements once a week or monthly or non at all...if non at all why not
