I exercise daily but do take a day off of from yoga, pilates, strength training or cardio if I feel it's necessary. I don't take a full day off from everything though.

I need to keep the commitment and momentum going.

Goal is to work out 5 days a week for 30 min or more but this week I have been a little sluggish, I believe I did 3 days so far this week. emoticon

I excerise everyday twice a day, total of 2 hours, i notice my belly is going down this is the smallest i been in all my life.

I am doing Zumba at home 4 days a week 45 minutes each session, then I am also doing 30 minutes of strengthening/calisthenics/core exercises 3-4 days a week.

I try to het in at least 15 minutes a day. I do things like walk to the store instead of driving. Bike to work, walk my son to school. I try to make commuting a workout. Plus other thing now and then.

I exercise twice a day in tht morning i do a least an hour, and in the evening i do from 45 minutes to an hour, my favorites are leslie Samsone and julian michaels.

Everyday one time per day...not to exceed 1 hour although I need to change that from one time per day at no longer than 1 hour and then the 2nd time no longer than 20 mins.

Wow you go thru a lot so right off the bat I applaud you for working out the three days a week....what other day can you add to this....Do you like walking that's my favorite right now...and it so easy to do I added you as a friend so we can chat and stay in touch I'm honored to buddy up with you...and share what I'm doing and how I'm eating....Last month I lost 9.7 lbs and this month I'm somewhere around 6.5 lbs so we can do it

Tema, I would be so greatful for your help. Monday, Wednesday and Friday I am supposed to do strength exercises and 15 min of cardio. My doc and nutritionist also want me to add 1 more day when I can. Here is my fitness plan: I am to do each exercise 2x and 12-15 reps.
Squats
Forward Lunges
Dumbell shrugs
Alternating Dumbell Biceps Curls
Calf raises with chair
Bicep curls with band but I don't have a band yet so I just use the dumbells
Then for Cardio I do 15 min. in pool doing jumping up and down, tredding water, stuff like that.

My muscles in my neck, shoulders, arms and legs are very, very atrophied. June 2009 I had metal plates and screws put in my neck from C3-C7 and I have no spacing in the rest of my spine all the way down to the tailbone. I have not been able to have any physical therapy since the operation.

Yes, there is plenty of pain but actually I use that as an excuse. I appreciate any help you can give me in holding me accountable for getting these exercises done. I've worked so hard with the nutrition tracker and my meals are now balanced and my blood sugar levels are coming down from an average of 500 to 167. I've lost 4 lbs since August 12th when I started with Sparkpeople. If I could just get the fitness plan going I'd be in less pain and more flexible. Thanks so much for anything you can do to help me.

I work out 6 days per week anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour per day, plus I walk a lot at my daily job on top of that.

I have a bunch of physical disabilities that only permit me to exercise 3 - 4 x a week. However, I'm not getting my exercise in. I soooooo wish I had even an online buddy to help me keep on track.
