Got the medical OK to exercise again, and I went to the gym. Did a bit of strength training, and 1.3 miles on the treadmill in 26 minutes. Feeling good!

Loading the car and unloading it was enough for the heat in Phoenix -- even driving makes me tired. But it's not quite time for Amber and I to take our walk yet, we'll do that in less than an hour. I'll really enjoy it.

I ran over 3 miles today. There is a hill where I live that is a total butt buster!! So Monday's are my "hill training" days! Right now, my knees are burning stupid Rheumatoid but not going to let it get me down!!! emoticon

Did some trimming on 2 of the trees out front
Took out the garbage in conjunction with the trimming
