I am struggling so much this onth. Ihave been sick with flu, cold, sinus infection since Christmas and I cant seem to get better. I am on round 4 of antibiotics and hoping that htye work this time. So much for getting healthy in 2013. I'll be happy just to get rid of this bug! On the flip side.... I was on her scale again yesterday and according to it I am down to 212. I was 218 at the beginning of Jan on that sale. So that made me pretty happy!

I'm having a hard time too! :( We've had a rough month in my household, but I'm just waiting to kick this cough I have, and then I will be back to the gym - hitting it hard. :)

Happy New Years to everyone! In addition to our monthly challenge, I've decided to do SparkPeople's January Challenge. I've been having a hard time with weight training. So I'm just going to stick with low weights and some body weight exercises to strengthen my upper back. My left shoulder is still hurting, since last July. I have bursitis. Yes, I'm old and now feeling it in my joints. I'm just going to keep moving and watch what I eat!

Can you believe its 2013? We hope you had a wonderful 2012 and will have an ever BETTER 2013!!! For this months challenge we are going back to basics, most of us slacked off around the holidays...ate more...moved less. Sound familiar? It sure does to me, unfortunately!!! So lets get back into the swing of things, the goal is 500 fitness minutes for the month. No time to fit in a 30 minute workout? How about 10 minutes in the morning and evening? Cleaning the house? It all adds up so lets get moving and LOSING!!!!
