LOVE IT!!! :) Let's get the going ladies!!! Personally, I am going to try and keep in the spirit of the Bathroom Challenge and do Planks this week each time I make a trip to the bathroom!! 1 60 second planks each time!! :) Hoping this doesn't come to bite me in the butt!! :P

Were are going to do it a little different once again. Last month we changed it up everyday which proved a little hard for me to keep up with, this month we are splitting it up into weekly changes for those who like a little change. After a few request we are once again focusing on our core yay, love this!!! Week one the challenge is crunches, week 2 planks, week 3 sit ups and week 4 supermans! If you dont like the weekly change up thats perfectly fine stick to just a monthly core challenge and you just pick the workout and log it on the team page. Any core exercises that you love and wanna share we'd love to hear about them!
