Woo hoo! I managed to do every single challenge this month, plus a few extra. I also did SparkPeople's bootcamp dvd, the whole thing. I haven't been able to do an hour workout for quite a while.

So So Sorry guys!! My internet has been messed up the last few days, and the SP app, doesn't support our groups but I am BACK!!! I hope you all had a fantastic weekend, and got those reps in!!

Just realized that I forgot to post yesterday's challenge that was actually 4 BURPEES!!! EEEK! So, today you can either alternate, and get those burpees in as well as today's actual challenge, or just keep on trekkin. :)
Day 5: 15 Pushups! Let's do this!

Great Job TEEBEE44!!! You are on the ball this month!! :) I didn't do my jumping jack sets yesterday. My entire family worked on building a fence yesterday, so in all honesty, even though I hit my water intake...I didn't use the restroom very much at all. I think sweating had a big factor. But when I did go, it was really quick so I could get back to work.
Today, I will be playing catchup and doing my jumping jacks, as well as the challenge for today....

Day 3 Challenge: 20 Jumping Jacks!! I KNOW you CAN do IT!!!!!!!! Lets go Hotties, and get this challenge going! :)
Yesterday, was a record...I think I went to the bathroom about 10 times, but because I was out an about (in public) I really couldn't do the 30 sec plank (dirty floors - ewwww), but I did manage to get 5 sets in while I was home! :)

Just wanted to remind everyone....when you are tracking your bathroom trips....you want to put how many times you did the activity in your tracker....so if you went to the bathroom 4 times and did 4 "sets" then you will put 4 in your tracker. :) If you only did one exercise during the day you would put 1. :) Does that make sense??

How did everyone do today?! I made it to the restroom 4 times today, but the day isn't over for me yet!!! :) I did hit my 8 glasses today, and shooting for 2 more before bed! :)

Yay!!! So glad y'all like it!!! I have to modify shoulder exercises too since I have a bad one, so that's not a problem!! :) just make sure you are doing something if you can't do the exercise of the day! Oh, and make sure you JOIN the challenge and TRACK your progress so we can see!' :)

I'm in! I might have to modify some shoulder exercises. I just pre-ordered Coach Nicoles newest dvd workout - Total Body Sculpt. It comes out on the 20th. Looking forward to that!

Okay ladies!! We are going to try something a little bit different this month!! It's going to require you to check in each day of the month to see what the challenge is for that day, and to tell us how well you did in this!!
Here we go: It's a BATHROOM CHALLENGE!!!! ;)
Here's how it works...each day is a different activity. Attached to this challenge is also a goal for you to drink 8 GLASSES OF WATER per day!!! If you do this, you shouldn't have any problems doing these little things too. :) Each time you make a trip to the bathroom, you will do that activity for the day. So, if you are drinking your 8 glasses of water, you SHOULD be going to the bathroom at LEAST 4 times per day...or more. :) I'm so excited to see how everyone does with the challenge!!! I'll be posting the activities for the whole month in just a few minutes, so stay tuned!!!
