Do not seem to do well with the challenges do walk most days as our two dogs demand it
On hot humid days they get a short one block walk and other days at least a mile
One day at a time

It doesn't look like we have been doing very well with this so far. No one has logged much activity! Hopefully some of you are doing it, but forgetting to post it here. For week 1 I did the most of those who posted and I did not have a good week. I only has 120 minutes (yes it was a short week). Mary (LMSW55) was not far behind me with 90 minutes for week 1. Not a lot was posted for week 2. I had 240 minutes- an improvement over week 1, but not as much as I should be doing. Let's all work hard this week so we can show some better numbers for week 3!

Okay, I've been slacking so far this month. I think my own fitness minutes have been less than usual and I haven't been keeping up with what everyone else has done. Please make sure your fitness minutes for May through Saturday the 11th has been entered and tomorrow I will take a look at the totals for week 1 and week 2 and award SparkGoodies to those who did the most. I apologize for not keeping up with it better. I will try to stay on top of it better for the rest of the month!

Welcome back Mary!

I am not off to a good start for the month. I was away all weekend and with various things going on I never got a chance to do anything that I can count between Friday and Sunday. On a positive note, I had over 12,000 steps on my pedometer at the end of the day Friday and about 8500 yesterday even though I didn't do anything to count as exercise. I'm not sure how I did Saturday because I was wearing a dress most of the day and had no place to wear the pedometer.

For those who have been doing the challenge, please make sure you have updated your fitness minutes for week one so I can look at the totals and see who has earned a SparkGoodie for the first week.

May 1- 60 minutes of walking
May 2- 60 minutes of walking

May 4- nothing that counts
