This has been a rough start to my new year too.....especially falling on my ceramic kitchen floor on 12/20......injuring my right arm and shoulder and not being still able to lift my weights; I'm doing PT daily at home, and see small changes, but I am in leeway.......and really trying to get below my goal, and yes with spring just around the corner, it will be great to get out and walk. I've spent a lot of time so far on the treadmill, and that is heloping......but it's the comfot eating that I've been into lately, so I really gotta change that!!

That sounds like a good goal Leslie. I started the year thinking I was going to see how long I could go without a gain, but it didn't last long since I gained on my second weigh-in of the year. :( I am hoping that as the weather improves I will start doing a little better, but so far this year I have been struggling.
Anyone who has ever reached a goal started by taking that first step.
