i am on day 20 of my 30 day plank challenge. tomotwoow i am up to 3 minutes. i have done 3 minute planks in the past so i can handle it. I am not sure about going up to 3.5 minutes. but it will come soon

Go out for lunch instead of having my portion controled lunch with melon. i was also in hte mood to get a shake or smoothie but i did not.

my challenge for november for exercise is to have 2 high intensity, 2 stremght training and 2 yoga/pilates workouts a week.
i did ok last week. i missed 1 yoga/pilates session. i started but did not get mentally focused to doing it.
