Between moving and the holidays have slacked for a few weeks but ready to go strong again. I am shooting for an hour a day 7 days a week so 420.

Your very right it's better then sitting there doing nothing so start slow and increase from there

I "fell off the wagon" for a while, and am only just getting back into exercising. I've set a fairly low goal - 30 minutes per day on my Wii. It's better than nothing, right? emoticon

How many exercise minutes do you shoot for each week....

I personally try to get in at least 450 a week....that's usually 1 1/2 hours a day for me...what's your schedule like with exercise
