I really like mine. I have the kind with adjustable weights, so the kettlebell goes from 5-25 lbs in 2.5 lb increments. I learned quickly to protect my arms with some thick sweat bands to avoid bruising. Until I got the technique down correctly, I banged my forearms alot! It is a great workout and worth the bruising.

Do anyone use Kettlebells as a workout....I just got some this weekend with a dvd but haven't used them yet....just wondering what others think of this workout
