We never eat on weekdays and almost always eat out on weekends at least once or twice. When we are all running around to different stores, we just don't feel like going back home to eat. I usually cook on Sunday for at least 2 days. Then I usually cook on Weds for rest of the week. Years ago when kids were smaller and I had more energy, I used to cook several main dishes for a week on Sundays, but with all my kid's activities, there just doesn't seem like enough time.

It maybe too late to go back and make a new start, but it's not too late to make a new ending.

I eat to live. I don't live to eat.

We eat out about once a month. I generally cook every day, although some days I make use of leftovers. I am trying to downsize what I cook for a family of 3, I have long cooked for either 4 or 5. So I frequently have leftovers. We generally call leftover night anatevka night after the song in "Fiddler on the Roof". "A little bit of this a little bit of that" emoticon
