I don't like going to the gym, so I've built up quite a collection of equipment for working out at home. I've got a treadmill and a Bowflex. I've also got a couple of different sizes of dumbells, a kettlebell, some resistance tubes, and a weighted bar. I've also got a balance ball (and another one in my office). I use all of this equipment, but my typical "go to" equipment is the treadmill (when the weather is bad), the Bowflex, and the balance ball.

I have a Total Gym. Does not require a lot of time, but I do some type of cardio along with it. That might be any fitness DVD, Wii, or just turn the tv on to a radio channel. Use your radio as well if you do not have access to this stuff. Use your canned goods (2 of the exact same ones) can be used as arm weights if you don't have any. A good chair from the kitchen to do dips. You can even stick your feet under the couch to help grip your feet for sit ups or crunches. I even used to do sit ups in the bathroom with my feet wrapped around the bottom of the toilet bowl, with shoes on, of course. Gravity, is the best trainer. You really don't need a lot of equipment. You can do it.
