I don't like going to the gym, so I've built up quite a collection of equipment for working out at home. I've got a treadmill and a Bowflex. I've also got a couple of different sizes of dumbells, a kettlebell, some resistance tubes, and a weighted bar. I've also got a balance ball (and another one in my office). I use all of this equipment, but my typical "go to" equipment is the treadmill (when the weather is bad), the Bowflex, and the balance ball.
