Light multi-grain English muffin with 1 tsp smart balance and PB2
PB2 is awesome it is powdered peanut butter. I know it sounds yuck but it's not and it is only 45 calories per serving and has all the protein but not the fat of regular peanut butter. You are supposed to mix it with a little water, Has the consistency of natural peanut butter that way, you know the kind you have to stir. But I like to put a little bit of smart balance on my English muffin and then sprinkle that on top. Yummy and not bad for you at all.
Sorry I know I listed a ton, but I try to eat 6 small meals instead of three large ones. All around 200 calories or less. I have more but I think I should stop for now.
