All under 200 calories and keep you feeling full longer because of the carb and protein/fat combinations

low fat mozzarella string cheese and an apple
Carrots and Hummus
Smoothie made with spinach, blackberries, Greek yogurt and agave.
Chobani Non-fat Greek Yogurt
Raw Snow peas
Kale chips
Frozen blueberries, grapes or bananas
Clif mini bars
Rye crisps and laughing cow light cheese
Light multi-grain English muffin with 1 tsp smart balance and PB2


PB2 is awesome it is powdered peanut butter. I know it sounds yuck but it's not and it is only 45 calories per serving and has all the protein but not the fat of regular peanut butter. You are supposed to mix it with a little water, Has the consistency of natural peanut butter that way, you know the kind you have to stir. But I like to put a little bit of smart balance on my English muffin and then sprinkle that on top. Yummy and not bad for you at all.

Sorry I know I listed a ton, but I try to eat 6 small meals instead of three large ones. All around 200 calories or less. I have more but I think I should stop for now.

Rice cakes, 96% ff kettle corn, Peanut butter ( just have to keep it in moderation!), 100 calorie parfait, peanuts (moderation), veggies.....
