I weigh myself every Wednesday morning.

I try and weigh once a week. Sometimes, I can't help but 'cheat' and peek at the scale, but more times than not, I get discouraged when I do that.

Usually once every 2 weeks, but since I'm working more @ work, I have weighed once a week.
This helps me track the effect stress has on possible weight fluctuations.

Since I choose to eat right and drink right, I suppose you could say I LIVE right!

Daily or at least every other day. I am on a diuretic so I check to make sure I'm not retaining too much fluid.

I used to weigh once a week. I haven't weighed all summer though. The scale tends to dictate how I feel! I need to get back on it consistently and hold myself accountable because my clothes are getting too tight! Grrrrrrr!!!!! Thanks for the motivation!

used to be every morning, with a weigh in once a week. But I'm not really settled anymore. I have been out most nights - either staying with my sweety, but now that we've broken up I can't go home, so spending nights on a friends couch. My scale is at home.

I am hoping by this weekend, I'll be okay to go back home again.

I'm really bad about this one. I weigh myself every day. I know I shouldn't, but it seems to work for me. It keeps me on track and focussed for the day. And I understand that my body fluctuates sometimes, so I don't get freaked out if I'm up a little bit one day, because the overall trend is still down.
