7 and I do 45-60 minutes. That doesn't count the added sports with the kids throughout the week. It helps keep me sane! emoticon emoticon

I run three mornings a week before work. And I try to walk the dogs every night, though life usually finds a way to give me a rest day sometime during the week. We're up to 5K a night with the dogs. I also try to do strength training 3 times a week.
