So I am back at WW, just weighed in and I am at 253 not bad considering I just came back from visiting family and we did nothign but eat out. :-/ Anyhow I am still a ways a way from my goal but I know I will get there. My goal weight is 155-165lbs and I have a year to get there because that is when I graduate college and plan to join the Navy.

This last Sunday I was down 15 pounds and reached 5% total weight loss. My next goal is 10% which is 13 pounds away. (I passed my 5% by 1 pound). emoticon

I used to have a pedometer, that I used when I was working. No longer use it and prefer to keep track of my minutes on my own.
I go to the Ymca for a Fitness class 3x a week, light, moderate and strength training too.
Then do two other days on my own, either, at my Rec Center, using equipment, bike and treadmill for anytime between 45-60 minutes, sometimes more. I also walk outdoors when weather permits or use a DVD Leslie Sansone, for walking either 1,2,3 mile walks. I have many- other dvd's to use also if can't get out.

After a horrible gain last week, I resigned up to WW's online Sunday.
Today, I had lost about 3 lbs. My weigh in day is monday, so the real number will be then.

Debbie, Good for you. Two great weeks, right?
Well, last week unfortunately I had a gain of 2. So, guess what? This week I lost 2#, so I guess
I am even--ing out now. Hope to continue to lose each week. I even did a blog today to start my self into the right direction. Check it out if you have time. Our meeting today was about
ROUTINES. So, hoping I can make some priorities a habit and they will become a routine.

Now that the holidays are over and my WW is open again, I went to my Monday meeting. I was a little nervous not sure if I would gain or loose. But I had a small loss of 0.4 lbs. I was so happy it didn't go in the other direction. emoticon

Thanks for making ths page. I am new to spark and just unsubscribed to WW due to cost. I stayed the same weight this week. I had a weigh in for my work wellness program and it showed me three pounds heavier so I was not happy with that! I am working to change my life habits for better health!

Well ladies, I gained 1.8 at my WI on Tuesday night. I felt so bad, but then realized I was short on exercise this past week by 2 days. the other thing is, I wonder if eating too much soup
can fill you with too much water on WI day?? I had a big bowl at lunchtime of the garden veggie soup. Maybe I had too much liquid in me, same day as WI. emoticon
Oh well, won't fret too much, just have to do better this week with activity.

Well, I gained 1.3 kgs. Serves me right. I haven't been watching what I eat and haven't been getting the exercise in, except for long days in the garden. My steps average around the 5,000 per day - and I know I need to do 10,000.

This week will be better!

Way to go, Ei, Deb, Jenye and Sandy!

I have lost another 5 lbs since the October 8 WI I posted here, but I will not be posting on this team from now on, because I switched from counting points+ to a Very Low Carbohydate/High Fat diet, and it's going well for me -- my appetite has gone down considerably.
