Monday Blog Challenge


How are you feeling today?
Have you been able to stick to your plans? If yes, what is working for you... if no,, what is not working for you
Are you still riding the wave of euphoria with the prospects of some great goal?

Take the time to really dig deep and see if you are committed
to this change in your life or if there is a little part of you that
is reluctant.

So often, people will lament about starting a diet
or weight loss program and by the 3rd day it's just too hard or
doesn't work. Really look at your plan and decide if you need
to tweak your ideas and changes. Remember, radically chang-
ing your whole lifestyle is very difficult. Consider taking a few
areas at a time and begin to ease into good healthy changes.

Ladybug,,, The amazing part to remember is whether you gained the weight or not ,, you found an wonderful man who loves you just as you are and supports you,,,and you also had a wonderful adventure in India,,,, got married in such a beautiful tradition,,,, and you still lived your life..... you did not weight to lose weight in order to live a happy life,,,,,,, I love that!!! How romantic and blessed!

I yo-yo too...I was this weight a year ago and gained 15 back to be back to where I was lol...it is a fun journey...I had some medical stuff in there too so I am not sure if that caused some of it or not...but want smaller numbers is all I can say no going back

Lily shared this with me yesterday and I am going to join the duo.

My starting weight for the month of March was 238.4 and after weigh in yesterday I am down 2lbs making my weight 236.4.

I am shooting for a goal of 11 more lbs by the end of april. so lets challenge each other.

Hello Sexies!

I wanted to start a 5 Month Challenge Tomorrow ,,,, where the challenge is to lose 2 pounds a month,,, Which does not sound like a lot but at the end of 5 months,,, that would be a 10 pound loss!!! How many of us out there keep on the yoyo weight ,,, month after month? This is a way to hold yourself accountable and join in our first challenge of the year.

What to do?
1. Add your name to this list
2. When you add your name to the list, add your starting weight for the month
3. Check in Every Monday for a Blog Challenge
4. Have Fun and Encourage other Team Members

At the end of the Challenge we will announce all the winners....... and remember, you can lose more than two pounds a week,,,, but at the very minimum you must keep those two pound off! and so on, and so on ,,, until those pesky 10 pounds are off at the end of 5 months!

Here we go girls,,,,,,,,,, Let's start our new lifestyle today or boost your motivation now!
