We haven't had a challenge in a long time, so I thought it would be great to at least post one and anyone who wants to jump in is more then welcome to! The goal is to "tone" something on your body for at least 5 min a day! Whether its situps, pushups, a mix of situps and pushups, arms, legs etc. Put the day and what you toned and for how long ! This will be till February 14th! :) Happy Toning every one!
