Hello sparkers :)
Im alittle ashamed to where i let myself go.... i gained back almost all my weight back-
but this is what the challenge is for- to help me, u, all of us get back on track. And to help me along i re set my ticker , so im starting from square one.
So my week will be tuesday-tuesday.
My starting weight : will be 180 ( ASHAMED)
9-11: 180 im gonna break this weight if its the life of me.
9-18: 180.4 , was actually up 2 lbs but lost it lol. gah! but FINALLY im back on track so i hope to see this 179 by next week. :) hellllllo 170's here i come! wooooohooo!
