So, soon after we started this challenge I got very sick with a cold/flu which turned into bronchitis and a sinus infection. I don't expect to lose much if anything by the end of the month, but I am going to use this to hold myself accountable and try to get back on track. Sad about the weight I've regained, but I can do this!
Wow way to remember to weigh in Heather...ugh!! Sorry sleep doesn't like me these days, it's all I can do to just get through the day and make sure all of these kiddos make it through alive right along with me!! Tomorrow morning...must put a post-it on my forehead...yup...
You read my mind, I was thinking our next challenge should be a pound a week, perfect!! Don't you dare be ashamed, and I agree, this is why we're all here!! No looking back, only forward!! I just read this, so I'll weigh in the morning...I don't think it's gonna be pretty eeeeek!!
Posting a challenge! Starting SEPTEMBER 1st TO OCTOBER 1st! We will maintain those that are in maintain mode but firming up OR those of us that are loosing or trying to we will aim for a POUND a week! I think we can all do this! I know alot of us are struggling with finding our groove again including myself, and i think this is the PERFECT time to get US back on track! So lets say we loose 1 lb a week! Lets do this and bring our sexy WAAAAYYYYYYY BACK!
