So ive been doing some thinking and i think its time for another challenge. I feel everyone has a different goal in mind for themselves. Whether its to drop a size, lose a lb a week, tone , exercise more, drink more water etc... we all have something we might be struggling to do. So why not have a challenge that can accomadate to all of our needs :)
Mine is ordering out/over eating on the weekends. So from now to July 4th, my MAIN goal is NOT to order out :)
I want everyone to check in and let us know what YOUR PERSONAL goal is for this challenge then weekly, post how u did for THAT goal.
I think this is going to be a fun challenge, were some of us succeed other might struggle, lets rally together and support each other on these challenges/goals.
