Haha I knew that's what you were thinking about. I agree, but it was on my mind to try for a while now, so we'll see!! They say the longer you eat that way your taste buds change, and that's the kind of food you WANT to eat....hmmm not sure if I believe that, but maybe... :D

Heather , hence why i went hmmmmm for my first reaction. Thats a VERY hard course to be on. Ur doing good though, keep it up girly.
Im doing good, but of course its not the weekend yet LOL. So we will see. If I DO go out, i NEED to KNOW the POINTS for the food at the resturant. its that simple. I could still loose if i know the points for things.
Well I am doing okay...the last couple of days I am finding this eating healthy really boring...health food just doesn't TASTE GOOD!!! *sigh* But I'm sticking with it, and trying to grab the veggies when I'm craving junk, or an apple, or banana if I'm craving sweets...I have been to and from the fridge so many times, only to shut the door and walk away, because I really don't want to ruin all of my good effort so far...this must get easier..?? It's not that I don't think I should have a little treat now again, but I am stumped as far as choosing HEALTHY treats that actually taste good...I better start looking into some new recipes or something before I lose it. LOL Hope everyone is hanging in there and reaching your goals so far!
I want to continue to eat "clean", no binging, and very little eating out. I also want to HOPEFULLY lose about 4 pounds by July 4th. Keeping the weight goal small and attainable! If I pass that up, that's okay! :o)

So ive been doing some thinking and i think its time for another challenge. I feel everyone has a different goal in mind for themselves. Whether its to drop a size, lose a lb a week, tone , exercise more, drink more water etc... we all have something we might be struggling to do. So why not have a challenge that can accomadate to all of our needs :)
Mine is ordering out/over eating on the weekends. So from now to July 4th, my MAIN goal is NOT to order out :)
I want everyone to check in and let us know what YOUR PERSONAL goal is for this challenge then weekly, post how u did for THAT goal. I think this is going to be a fun challenge, were some of us succeed other might struggle, lets rally together and support each other on these challenges/goals.
